Shipping and Delivery
You can enter your address only using the English alphabet.
We cannot deliver to PO, APO, FPO BOX address because the local carriers do not provide services to these addresses. Sorry!
Please make sure that the address/phone number/zip code is 100% accurate.
Please make sure to include a phone number with the matching country code, which will make shipping easier and more efficient.
You can change the address/phone number on "My Account" before shipping. However, if your shipment has already processed and started, there is no guarantee that the address/phone number/zipcode will be properly applied even if requested.
Tracking and delivery date
There can be delays due to customs clearance and due to other unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions and etc.
A. Before shipping, you can track their order on "My Account".
B. When the shipment begins, you will receive an updated shipping notification.
You can choose your preferred shipping method during your checkout.
A. There are 2 options: standard and express delivery
B. Standard Delivery usually takes approximately 8~10 business days; Express Delivery takes approximately 4~6 business days (after receiving shipping confirmation email).

We are putting the utmost effort to ship our products wherever you are. However, although we currently ship to most countries in the world, there are still some countries to which we are not able to ship.
If your country is on the list on the checkout page, we can ship to you without any problem! If your county is not on the list, please note that we are working closely with our shipping partner to expand the list of countries to which we ship and those countries will be available soon.
Please note that if you have NOT paid duties & taxes while ordering, duties & taxes may be due upon delivery. The amount of money to pay varies depending on your country & its customs bureau. We, ZUNGLE Inc, are not responsible for those extra fees that you may or may not be encountering.
At the moment, we cannot ship to PO Boxes/Military Address.
However, we will do our best to make it happen in near future.
If you have NOT paid duties & taxes while ordering, the package will be sent under the DAP(DDU) terms. Therefore, you would need to pay VAT, duties, tax and other related fees when the package is delivered.
Please note that these fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by ZUNGLE.
Customs authorities require ZUNGLE to state the value of an order directly on a package. Customs agents have the sole right to release or deny release of your package. Rarely, they may also cause a delay in delivery due to customs clearance complications.
In case of international order being returned due to a refusal to pay duties and taxes, a restocking fee and any additional incurring fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
